Its owners, husband-and-wife team Abu and Faye, bring to Shebani's their enduring passion for quality food and hospitality. Libyan born Abu trained and worked as a chef on the Greek Island of Mykonos before coming to Australia in 1996. He has a commitment to his heritage and a passion for current culinary trends.
